We’re pleased to introduce Shaina Carneiro, our dedicated and forward-thinking office manager.

Shaina stepped into this role following our previous office manager of over a decade, and her impact has been transformative. She brings a strong focus on modernizing processes and enhancing efficiency, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively every day.

Originally from Saint Thomas, Shaina’s professional journey has been as diverse as it is impressive. She began her career in insurance before transitioning into roles as a pediatric sleep consultant and plumbing office manager. Her extensive experience reflects her adaptability and commitment to excellence. Shaina holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College, further solidifying her expertise.

Outside of work, Shaina is a proud mother of three and a devoted supporter of her husband, who works in the plumbing industry. A passionate reader, she values lifelong learning and always seeks to bring fresh ideas and solutions to the workplace.
