Rebecca Strait became a part of the Craftech family in November 2009. With a background as the Operations Manager for a national competitor in Washington State, Rebecca brought extensive experience in the restoration industry. After spending 2 ½ years as a valued member of our water department, she transitioned into the role of Account Manager and later stepped up to lead as our Operations Manager.

Rebecca is certified in five categories of the IICRC: Odor Control, Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning. Her dedication to delivering exceptional results and her passion for helping clients restore their properties after disasters have made her an integral part of Craftech's success.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading, exploring art, and continuously learning new things. Her commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and personal growth reflects the core values of the Craftech family.
