Meet Jake!

Jake joined the Craftech team in September 2017 and quickly made an impression with his hard work and dedication. Within just a few months, he completed a Water Restoration Technician course and became a certified restoration technician. By early 2020, Jake’s skills and leadership earned him a promotion to Project Manager.

In 2025, Jake proudly stepped into the role of Production Manager at Craftech Restoration, bringing eight years of hands-on experience, energy, and a passion for excellence to the position. Jake is focused on streamlining processes, driving innovation, and supporting the growth of Craftech’s talented team while maintaining the high standards of quality and service that clients have come to know and trust.

Before joining Craftech, Jake gained experience working at a local grocery store and in landscaping. A Barre native and graduate of Quabbin High School, Jake enjoys making the most of his time outside of work. You’ll often find him kayaking, riding 4-wheelers and dirt bikes, traveling, or spending time with his playful mini poodle mix, Cora, who ensures there’s never a dull moment.

Jake is excited to continue growing with Craftech and looks forward to this new chapter as Production Manager, helping lead the team to even greater success!
